FLAGSHIP STORE MANAGER

Where: St James, Regent Street, London

Working Hours: 40 hours per week/ 5 days, across Monday – Sunday as necessitates the fulfilment of the role

Reporting to: Director

Our Store Manager...

Is responsible for the smooth running and success of our flagship store. Providing an excellent client focused experience in line with OSPREY LONDON standards your strong management background will allow you to successfully develop and manage a team. Your brand ambassador skills will enable you to work with local marketing partnerships and develop local networking links.

Your story so far...

You will have been working as a Manager or Supervisor for a min of 2 years preferably within the luxury retail sector, where you have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding all sales targets and KPI’s. You will have a strong cultural awareness in relation to retail sales approaches.

You are able to demonstrate your ability to motivate a team to maximise sales opportunities through delivery of exceptional customer service skills.

  • Highly self-motivated and a positive thinker, driven by targets and able to motivate and inspire the team
  • Strong proven leadership and mentoring skills; able to effectively train team members to maximise their potential

  • Sound organisational skills to ensure store is performing at its best and all admin and stock management remain accurate
  • Dynamic communication skills and confident in collaborating with individuals at all levels in order to keep Directors up to date with store activities and make recommendations where appropriate
  • Product focused background – promoting strong product knowledge; managing product journey throughout the store
  • Strong understanding or knowledge of the retail environment and luxury retail standards

FLAGSHIP DEPUTY MANAGER

Where: St James, Regent Street, London

Working Hours: 40 hours per week/ 5 days, across Monday – Sunday as necessitates the fulfilment of the role

Reporting to: Store Manager

Our Deputy Manager…  

…actively assists the store manager with the smooth running of the flagship store, from supervising & motivating the team to finding innovative and strategic ways to develop sales. Providing excellent customer service to ensure each customer receives a personal, on brand experience.

Your Story so far…

You will have proven sales experience, as well as at least one year retail supervisory experience, preferably within a luxury retail sector. You will have a strong cultural awareness in relation to retail sales approaches. A good standard of English and Mathematical skills is also important.

  • Good commercial instinct, able to use creativity to find and seize sales opportunities
  • Strong proven mentoring and leadership skills, able to effectively develop and train team members
  • A strong, dynamic communicator who is as good a listener as they are a speaker, happy to share our brand stories to effectively engage customers
  • Excellent organisational skills to ensure store admin and stock management remain accurate

SALES CONSULTANT

Where: St James, Regent Street, London

Working Hours: As agreed, across Monday – Sunday as necessitates the fulfilment of the role

Reporting to: Store Manager

Our Sales Consultant...

Consistently provides excellent OSPREY LONDON customer service, collaborating with store team to give an exceptional client orientated experience whilst maximising sales opportunities.

Your story so far…

Experience working in a sales environment is preferable. You will also have strong communication and practical everyday mathematical skills.

Key characteristics for success…

  • A natural communicator who can collaborate effectively with both the store team and customers
  • Excellent accuracy skills to ensure stock management and customer purchases are processed correctly
  • Able to build great relationships in order to deliver excellent, personal customer service consistently
  • Sales focused and determined to drive sales forward and exceed all set targets
  • Positive and a ‘can-do’ attitude; a genuine passion for the brand

PART-TIME PACKING ASSISTANT

Where? Our head office in Luton, two minutes from the station

With? Our pick/pack team

When? Up to 20hrs/week, Monday – Friday (08:00-16:30)

Reporting to? Customer Services Manager
